What time do you get on site?
This depends on your requirements. We are flexible and will liaise with you to create a contract including time and attendance to suit your own use of the building(s). You can decide the most convenient times for your business.
Are you fully insured?
Yes. We have comprehensive insurance cover which amongst other things covers Public Liability for £5,000,000, Employers Liability for £10,000,000 and also loss of keys cover.
How often do you clean a site?
It depends on your requirements. We will create a tailored contract to suit you. Just tell us what you need and we will build a service for you around it.
Do you have high staff turnover?
No. Due to the way in which we train, remunerate and manage our staff we retain their services for very long periods.
Will we always have the same cleaner?
As far as possible, we try to maintain continuity by using the same staff on a client's contract. This helps to build up their knowledge of the site as well as developing a rapport with our clients – leading to trust and increased security.
Do your staff get trained?
Yes. All managers and supervisors receive comprehensive training so that they can effectively manage the sites that they supervise. Each of our cleaning operatives receives comprehensive training in all areas that are needed to perform their duties. We also cover all Health & Safety issues and key company policies.
Are all your staff vetted?
Yes. As part of our recruitment process, following an interview, we obtain an employer's reference and require proof of address and entitlement to work in the UK along with a copy of their passport and driving licence.
How do we pay you?
Commercial customers are invoiced each calendar month and are given 30 day terms from the invoice date.
Do you supply everything required?
Yes. We supply all the labour, equipment, machinery and materials required to carry out the task within the agreed price. If required, we can supply consumables (e.g. toilet rolls, hand towels, refuse sacks) and these would be invoiced at the end of each calendar month.
What are your hourly rates?
All jobs are priced according to task; whether it is a domestic service, commercial service, builders clean or a one-off clean. When we discuss a contract with you we establish the detail of what you require and we will provide a competitive quote for the business.
Will the changeover to Central Cleaning be smooth?
Yes. Our 34 years of experience in dealing with new office cleaning contracts allows us to be thorough with planning. We work closely with you to ensure that the changeover is a seamless process. We will also deal with all appropriate legislation and the only difference you will notice is the planned improvement in service and standards.
Can you provide references?
Yes. Once you have received a formal quotation from us and are serious about going ahead, we will be happy to provide you with a number of customer references to help you finalise your decision. If you haven't already, please read what our existing customers are saying about us here.
Can you unlock/lock and alarm the building?
Yes, this is a regular service we offer all our clients large or small. This can be beneficial to clients, as we can carry out our service outside normal working hours and thus not disrupt your staff.
Are we issued a cleaning contract?
Yes. Contracts are signed before going ahead with any work along with the opening of your Central Cleaning Services (Midlands) Limited account.
Can we contact you outside office hours in case of an emergency?
Yes, you can call 07958 937617. Our normally working hours are 6.00am – 5.30pm.
